Exception on starting VS2012

I was creating some new perspectives when I decided to remove the one called "Design", this led to a crash. And after that, I was unable to start VS2012 since it crashed at start up.

After I launched VS2012 in safemode mode I was able to see the following exception on the Perspective Manager's window.

An exception was encountered while constructing the content of this frame. This information is also logged in "C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0\ActivityLog.xml".

Exception details:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

I also had it crash when trying to delete the default perspective "Design" but VS2012 was able to recover and load with the plug-in disabled when I did that.
